Speaking
Optia works with law firms to create legal professional development strategy that meets teams where they are today and builds a trajectory for where they want to be individually and collectively at designated milestones in the future.
Keynote speaking engagements are generally 45-60 minutes, either in-person or virtual. Jessie can cover a variety of topics, including recognizing warning signs of mental health challenges, initiating uncomfortable conversations, and building empathy in workplace culture, among others.

Coaching
Optia’s executive coaching coaching program is designed to help lawyers thrive - not just survive - in their practices. Optia’s virtual coaching is typically 6-month engagements with up to ten 50-minute sessions. Jessie works with individuals referred to her by a firm or individual attorneys who confidentially reached out to her directly seeking support.
